We are so pleased to announce the launch of the Kapowerhouse! Southampton’s only pro wrestling training school.

Kris Kay, a 26 year veteran of the British wrestling scene, will be on hand to run training sessions for children and adults. He will be assisted by some of the regular performers on the KAPOW roster, alongside regular seminars from some of the industry’s greatest, as the Kapowerhouse helps build new stars.

With over 100 wrestling shows per year we are the only wrestling school with a history of funnelling trainees out into the wrestling scene – moving them from trainees to pros.
